In celebration of National Trails Day, the Harpeth River State Park is offering a free Mound Bottom Hike.
Mound Bottom is a Mississippian period mound site located in Kingston Springs. This site is only accessible through a guided hike, so now is your chance to see the site for yourself!
The hike is only about 2 miles round trip over moderately difficult terrain. Hikers will meet Ranger Foresman at the Gossett Tract on June 7th at 1:00 pm.
Registration is required and spots are limited!
