Faye Thornton Holladay, 79, of Antioch, TN, passed away May 23, 2026. Faye was a very kind and giving soul. She will be remembered for the love she had for her family. She loved to get together with her sisters at family functions and laugh until they cried. They are surely laughing together again. She was very proud of her grandchildren and especially fond of her great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time outdoors. Most recently you could find her enjoying days on her front porch. We will miss Faye dearly, but we are so grateful for the time we had to spend with her. We will always feel her presence in our hearts.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Paul Thornton; mother, Edna Thornton; sisters, Helen, Dorothy, Jean, and Sherry. Succeeded in death by sister, Liz.
She is survived by her brother, Doug Thornton; daughter, Gretchen Buchanan Jackson; son, Kerry Thornton (Kim); grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Brianna, Lindsey, and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Isabella, Avery, Rowan, Raelynn, Chris Jr.; many nieces and nephews.
