Her days were enriched by the reading of her Bible, reflecting a deep and abiding connection with her faith. Edith’s creativity shone brightly through her love for arts and crafts; she found joy in coloring and painting, embracing the beauty of creation in every stroke.
Known for her resilience, kindness, and empathy, Edith had a big heart and carried it on her sleeve, touching the lives of all who knew her. Family gatherings at her parents’ home were cherished times filled with laughter and fellowship. Edith’s joy was contagious when she engaged in her favorite pastimes—playing bingo, Uno, and Yahtzee. These simple pleasures reflected her desire to connect and share laughter with those she cared about.
Resilient and humble, Edith’s life was a testament to her unwavering faith and the simple joys that enriched her journey. May her memory be a blessing, and may she rest in eternal peace.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are children, William J. “Jimmy” Aldridge, Michael (Narscine) Aldridge, Jenny Aldridge, and Lesa (William) Gesell; grandchildren, Sarah (Matt) Diehl, Norman (Melissa) Young, Fritz Gesell, Woody Hagar, Tommy, Stephen, Ethan, Thomas, JR, and Chrissy; great-grandchildren, Chase, Peyton, Kendall, Brooklyn, Nora, Audrey, Roland, Chloe, Sonny, Oakley; and sisters, Linda (unknown) and Robbie Ward.
Those who have passed on before are her parents, William and Ruby Bilbrey; brother, William Bilbrey; sister-in-law, Anna Bilbrey; and nephew, Timothy Bilbrey.
