E. Mark Turner of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022, he was 69 years old.
He was born on March 26, 1953, to the late, Porter Joseph Turner and Nancy Payne Pruitt Turner.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Turner and sister, Kathy Price.
Mark is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Kim Price Turner of Nashville; son, Steven Mark (Amber) Turner of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; daughter, Rebecca Renee Turner of Nashville; grandchildren, Jacob, Lila and Rileigh; several siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
Mark lived life to the fullest, enjoying every moment. He was always actively working and playing. Mark loved to garden, especially growing his tomatoes. At one time, Mark, was the youngest Real Estate Broker in the State of Tennessee. He will be remembered as a loving and generous husband, father, grandfather and friend, to all who knew him.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from five until eight in the evening at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home and on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from eleven o’clock in the morning until one o’clock in the afternoon at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon in Dignity Hall of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nashville Union Mission downtown.
