Dylan P-Nut Gregg

On April 6, 2002, in Nashville, Tennessee, Dylan was brought into this world. On June 28, 2021, Dylan went to be with his four-legged friend, Georgia.

He is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Crystal; little brother Ryker; grandparents, Virginia Watkins, Edward (Michelle) Watkins, James and Ann Gregg; great-grandmothers; Caroline Sadle, Raychel Watkins; 3 aunts, 1 uncle, 9 nieces and 2 nephews.

May of 2020, Dylan graduated from Hillwood High School. After graduation, he attended Nashville State Community College. He was working toward an Associate Degree in Mass Media.

Dylan was active in St. John’s Lutheran Church. He was baptized in 2003 and confirmed his faith in 2014. He served on the church council, coordinated VBS games, active in the youth group and attended Lutheridge Church Camp.

In his free time, Dylan enjoyed making short films with his friends, editing funny videos, shopping at Mckay’s, going on family vacations, random wrestling matches with Uncle Jeremy, yelling “GOOOOOOO DAWGS” with his dad and papa, making bets with his mom on who will win Big Brother, junking/bin digging with his NeNe, watching the Game Show Network with Nana, playing Guitar Hero with pawpaw, and slam dunking basketballs with Ryker.

Dylan loved to spread his happiness. He enjoyed delivering Christmas gifts to those less fortunate, preparing meals and a warm place to stay for the homeless, and showing appreciation to our local 1st responders. Dylan was extremely proud of being involved in the NFL Draft that took place in downtown Nashville in 2019. He was responsible for the Green Room Filming.

Dylan was a lover, a giver, a jokester, and a kindhearted young man. He is loved and has touched so many lives. He will be missed dearly.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (visitation 12-2 p.m.) at St. Philips Episcopal Church, 85 Fairway Drive, Nashville, TN 37214 by Pastor Rick Roberts. Interment Christ Church Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road, 615-331-1952.
