Dorothy Jean of Nashville, TN was born October 15, 1929. She went to be with her Lord on December 29, 2024.
She is preceded in death by her parents Fred S. Morris, Sr. and Margret E. Morris, her husband of 55 years Everett W. Gleaves, her brothers Fred S. Morris Jr. and Marshall F. Morris.
She is survived by her Son Don M. Gleaves (Ellen); Grandsons S. Adam Gleaves and J. Seth Gleaves; five Great Grandchildren, Acelyn, Thatcher, Maddox, Phoenix, and Loxley.
She was a member of Dalewood United Methodist Church. She loved people and was passionate about sending occasion cards. She was a member of Music City Sams and Red Hats society.

A celebration of life will take place at Spring Hill Funeral Home with burial to follow. Services will be conducted by Reverend Hubert Cunningham.
