Dixie Baldwin Obituary
Wood River-Dixie Ann Baldwin, 85, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026 at her home surrounded by family.
Dixie was born Jan. 31, 1941 in Alton. She enjoyed tending her garden, being outdoors, and she especially loved to shop.
Survivors include her children, Tambre (Jeffrey) Miller of Medora, Rhonda (Paul) Norton of White Bluff, TN, Deanne (Dale) Meyers of Portage De Sioux, MO, Debbie (Scott) Kelly of Roxana, Allen (RoseLynn) Baldwin of Bohol, Philippines, and Mark (Jenny) Baldwin of Godfrey; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Baldwin, her parents and her siblings.
Dixie’s family would like to extend their special gratitude to Louise Moore for her help and knowledge in caring for their mom.
Visitation will be at Paynic Home for Funerals on Monday, Feb. 16 from 10 a.m. until services begin at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
