Diana Lynn Davis, born on November 14, 1945, in Greensboro, North Carolina, to her parents, Olyus Lynn Ford & Annie Sue Woody Ford, who preceded her in death, passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 79.
Diana was a resident of Antioch, Tennessee, and was a Bookkeeper in the Public Accounting field. She was also a very devout Catholic, but due to her declining health, she started participating in the online services of Calvary Chapel. She was an avid reader, and when her eyesight left her, she switched to audiobooks. She was a wonderful Christian woman who will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all that had the opportunity to know her.
In addition to her parents, Diana is preceded in death by her husband William T Davis in 2005, by her sister Linda Lewis, by her brother-in-law Thomas, and her faithful companion Harley Quinn. Diana is survived by her daughter, Shelby Denise (Dale) Baker, by her sister Joann Davis (Larry) Allen, her brother David (Digna) Ford, her brother-in-law Dan Lewis, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
There will be a gathering of family and friends for Diana at Hermitage Funeral Home, located at 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN, 37138, on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. https://www.dignitymemorial.com
Her graveside service will follow at the same location on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Garden of the Cross at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
