Charlotte Renee Frantz Kellers, age 87, passed away on December 25th, 2025 in Nashville, TN after a brief illness. She was the only daughter and second of four children born to Roy and Mary Frantz on February 16th, 1938 in Johnsville, Ohio.
Her childhood years were spent playing with numerous cousins from Ohio to Texas, helping her mother raise her two younger brothers, and helping her daddy sell flowers, produce and fireworks. She also enjoyed playing piano, accordion and singing.
Renee was married in 1959 to LeRoy Wenger and was a devoted homemaker and loving mother to her children, Curtis and Lisa. She was also a member of the United Church of God for 60 years. Renee was preceded in death her parents, Roy and Mary; older brother, Martin; sister-in-law, Esther; younger brothers, Norman and Charles.
She is survived by her current husband, Fred; son, Curtis; daughter, Lisa; grandchildren, Nicki, Ryan, Matthew, Levi and Hannah; great grandchildren, Kalee, Kolby, Zane, Silas, Willow, Maple, Cypress, Stella, Sloane, Theo, Noah, and Riot; great-great granddaughter, Attica; and numerous step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 at Five Rivers Church, 1450 E. Dorothy Lane, Dayton, Ohio 45429. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
