Mr. Charles “Charlie” William Wrather, age 76, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022.
Charles was born June 25, 1945 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Charles attended Cohn High School. After High School he worked as a Shuttle Driver at the Nashville International Airport, which he went on to do for 28 years. Charles enjoyed many conversations with everyone he met while driving the shuttle. Charles had a passion for cars, was a vivid storyteller, and had a generous heart.
He was survived by his Son Lance (Elizabeth) Wrather; Grandchild, Ashton Wrather; Sisters Darlene Hurst, and Judy Bruce.
He was preceded in death by his Brother, James Wrather.
A visitation for Charles will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
