Cassandra Minnette Creason, 33 of Whites Creek, Tennessee, formerly of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026.
She was born in Murray, Kentucky on January 4, 1993 to Kerry Creason and Denise Jackson. Cassandra graduated from Marshall County High School in 2011, where she played tennis and ran cross country. After graduation, Cassandra attended West Kentucky Community and Technical College and later Tennessee State University, majoring in Business Management. She had a deep love for life, adventure, and music. Traveling the world and experiencing different countries brought her great joy and unforgettable memories. Cassie also loved attending concerts, with Coldplay being a favorite.
Cassandra will be remembered for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and deep love for animals. She especially cherished her pets, who brought her endless joy and companionship throughout her life. Cassie had a caring nature that touched both people and animals alike, and her compassion will be remembered by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and the many animals she loved so dearly.
She is survived by her father, Kerry Creason of Benton; her mother, Denise Jackson of Grand Rivers; sister, Elle Annette Johnson; paternal grandmother, Marilyn Chester Creason; aunt, Janesa Creason; two uncles, Chris Jackson and Eric Jackson; and numerous cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Coy Brooks Creason; maternal grandparents, David Smith Jackson and Sandra Jackson; two aunts, Gina Creason Swacker and Keela Creason.
A memorial service will take place at a later date at Brewers Cemetery.
