Buddie Martin Savage, age 88, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022.
Buddie was born May 17, 1934 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late, Vernon J. Savage and Celesta Bowman Savage.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Medlin Savage and his sister, Bobby Ruth Savage Frost.
Buddie is survived by his children, Ginger (Donnie) Clem of Nashville and Kerry (Susan) Savage of Nashville; grandchildren, Amy (Barrett) Finch, Drew Clem, Kristin (Will) Butler and Ryan (Kala) Savage; great-grandchildren, Ella, Jax, Emma, Nora and Elliott; a host of nieces and nephews.
Buddie was an employee of Industrial Towel and Uniform and Aramark. He was a member of Wingate Church of Christ.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from one o’clock in the afternoon until three o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at three o’clock in the afternoon in Dignity Hall of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
