Bettye Jo Sanders, age 92, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Bettye was born Tuesday, September 13, 1932 in Old Hickory, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents, Stanton and Eva Johnson Gibbs.
A member of Connell Memorial United Methodist Church and served as a volunteer at Memorial/Skyline Hospitals for 52 years.
Jo is survived by her husband of 74 years, Owen Sanders; her children, Sheri Calonge and husband Terry, Teri Sanders, Eric Sanders and wife Jennifer.
A visitation for Jo will be held Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 at Connell Memorial United Methodist Church. A celebration of life will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Connell Memorial United Methodist Church, 113 Church Street Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
