Betty Joyce Inman Weinberger, age 91, has gained her heavenly wings on March 10, 2022, at her long-time family home in Nashville, Tennessee.

Betty was born in Nashville, Tennessee March 15, 1930, to Maxine and Matthew Inman.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Christine Keast and Evelyn Burdette; brothers, Matthew and Jerry Inman; and her granddaughter, Melissa “Missy” Mingle.

Betty is survived by her beloved husband, Cy Weinberger; daughters, Debi Mingle (Steve), Sherri Early, Cindy Harrison, and Teresa Hill; her brother, Jimmy Inman (Mary) and several nieces and nephews; 6 grandchildren; Michael Mingle (Paige), Matthew Mingle (Miranda), Ashleigh Hill, Rachael Hill Johnson (Josh), Maegen Harrison, and Crystel Harrison; 10 great-grandchildren; Emily (Scotty), Stephen, Alexander, Jonathan, Christopher, David, Landon, Ava, Oliver, and Piper.

Betty loved the Lord and her family! She enjoyed gardening, dancing the weekend evenings away, and traveling the country with the love of her life, her loving husband Cy.

She was affectionately known as “Granny” by her grand and great-grandchildren and had an unconditional and unwavering love for them all. She was known for her unending smile that lit up the room and her beauty was like no other! She was loved by all that knew her and she will be greatly missed.

Betty’s visitation will be held on Monday evening, March 14, 2022, from 3-6 p.m. with her Celebration of Life conducted by Rev. Bill Highsmith beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road in Nashville, TN. https://www.woodbinefuneralhome.com Funeral procession will be leaving Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 10 a.m. for graveside service and interment at 11:00 a.m. in the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 7931 McCrory Lane, Nashville, TN.

The family would like to sincerely thank all the friends and family for their ongoing support and many prayers during Betty’s illness.
