Ben Alan Childers, age 77, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2024, at the TN Valley Healthcare Veterans Center in Nashville
Born January 4, 1947 in San Antonia, TX, son of the late Ben and Evelyn Mangum Childers and the husband of Jennifer Streams Childers.
Ben was an electrical engineer, building businesses all over. He served as a corporal in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict.
In addition this wife, he is survived by his sons: Ben Alan Childers, Jr. of Pulaski and Zachary Lee Childers of Murfreesboro: brothers: Leroy Childers of Tyler, TX and Eugene Thorne II of Alabama; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
