Specialized Investigations Division detectives today arrested parolee Daniel Leroy Moore, 49, for sex offender registry and community supervision violations after he continued to attend a program at a West End Avenue church despite being told that children were present in the building.
After he was again told to leave, he called the church on Tuesday and threatened violence. He was wearing a GPS ankle monitor which confirmed that he had been at the church on multiple occasions during hours where children were present.
Moore will also be charged with false report of an emergency.
