On April 22, the Mt Juliet Police Department’s FLEX Team Sergeant conducted a traffic stop that led to the arrest of a 43-year-old Nashville man wanted out of Sumner County for Failure to Appear on traffic-related offenses. Further investigation also revealed an active warrant out of Nashville for Domestic Assault.
After being safely taken into custody, officers learned the individual had been in the middle of delivering a DoorDash order nearby. In true Mt. Juliet fashion, the officer made sure the job still got done—successfully delivering the order so the customer didn’t miss their meal.
