A heroic act at Percy Priest Lake Sunday has left a mother in critical condition, reports WSMV.
According to Channel 4, a woman nearly drowned after saving her child at the lake.
Nashville Fire Department responded received a 911 call stating that they were searching for someone who was last seen in the water. The woman was later found and CPR was performed by bystanders until officials arrived.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she remains hospitalized in critical condition.
