One Generation Away will give away fresh produce, pantry staples, and more at its mobile food pantry on Saturday, June 22.
The Middle Tennessee nonprofit will set up in the Nashville State Community College parking lot at 120 White Bridge Road, bringing a tractor-trailer full of food to anyone who could use a hand with groceries.
The drive-thru mobile pantry will begin around 8:45/9 a.m. and continue until about 10:00 or as supplies last. Potential recipients are encouraged to arrive early, as the food is first come, first served. Volunteers should arrive at 7:30 a.m. to help organize and distribute food. No registration is required to receive food or volunteer.
