A police officer was involved in a crash during a chase in Downtown Nashville on March 7, 2023, according to WKRN.
The incident began Tuesday night on 40th Avenue when Metro police say they began chasing a vehicle that they believe was being driven by a drunk driver.
During the chase, the police officers crashed into a black SUV, causing minor injuries to the officer and the passengers inside the SUV, WKRN reports.
Police say the alleged drunk driver got away.
