January 25, 2024 – Specialized Investigations Division detectives arrested Jonathon Spikner, 30, on 14 various charges after he was seen engaging in a drug transaction on Thompson Place. He was in possession of several types of drugs and a stolen handgun.
Spikner was out on four separate bonds for seven felony charges at the time of his arrest Monday night and he had outstanding warrants stemming from a December 23 shooting on Mufreesboro Pike.
The stolen Glock 19 with an extended magazine Spikner was carrying was taken during a vehicle burglary at Nissan Stadium in 2022. He was also in possession of cocaine, methamphetamines, pills, marijuana and digital scales.
He was booked on his outstanding bond condition violation and reckless endangerment charges, as well as additional bond violations, drug and gun related charges. He is currently being held in lieu of $147,000 bond.
