(May 22, 2022) Homicide detectives are pursuing leads in Sunday’s 1:15 a.m. apparent targeted fatal shooting of Nelson Soto, 31, in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Woodland Pointe Drive. Soto was found deceased with multiple gunshot wounds sitting in the driver’s seat of a Kia Forte.
His female passenger, an acquaintance, was also shot. She was transported with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
