September 25, 2023 – The man fatally shot Saturday at 5:20 a.m. in the 3900 block of Keeley Drive has been identified as Kelvin Stowers Jr., 26.
The investigation to this point shows that Stowers was in a vehicle when he was shot. The vehicle drove off leaving Stowers in the roadway.
Anyone with information about Stowers’ murder is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers can remain anonymous and qualify for a $5,000 reward in homicide cases.
