Beginning Tuesday, July 7, at 7:30 p.m., Jackalope will launch the official Jeopardy! Bar League at its Wedgewood-Houston taproom, located at 429B Houston Street in Nashville. The weekly competition is hosted in partnership with Geeks Who Drink and brings the iconic TV game show experience into a local bar setting.
The 16-week league will take place every Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m., giving longtime Jeopardy! fans, regular trivia teams and casual players the chance to test their knowledge. Teams will play using their mobile devices while competing through official Jeopardy! clues, Daily Doubles, Final Jeopardy and live leaderboards.
The league is part of a nationwide partnership between Sony Pictures Television, Geeks Who Drink and TimePlay to bring Jeopardy! Bar League to bars across the country.
“Jackalope has always been about bringing people together, and Jeopardy! Bar League is another great way to build community over a pint of a true Nashville original beer,” said Steve Barone, owner of Jackalope Brewing Company and Pikeld Concepts in a release. “Whether you’re a lifelong Jeopardy! fan or just looking for a fun Tuesday night with friends, this league creates an exciting new reason to gather at the brewery every week.”
Guests can enjoy Jackalope and Black Abbey beers, along with cocktails, non-alcoholic options and a revamped food menu. The weekly league is free to play, and guests are encouraged to arrive early to grab a seat before the game begins.
