September 18, 2023 – A potential drug-motive is being investigated following Friday’s 6 p.m. fatal shooting on Moonlight Drive. Kyle Martin Jr., 22, was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside his vehicle.
His vehicle crashed into nearby parked cars following the shooting.
He was transported to Skyline Medical Center where he died.
Homicide Unit detectives are working to identify the driver of a four-door silver Infiniti sedan with driver’s side rear end damage that was seen leaving the area. The vehicle was traveling on Brick Church Pike at Chesapeake Drive at 5:59 p.m., then four minutes later at Moorewood Drive.
Anyone with information on the suspect(s) involved in this fatal shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers can remain anonymous and qualify for a $5,000 reward in homicide cases.
