Middle Tennessee-based supply chain and fulfillment company FSI has announced Kyle Pence as its new vice president of operations.

“We are fortunate to bring someone of Kyle’s caliber to FSI,” said Dick Lodge, FSI’s chief operating officer and owner. “Kyle’s remarkable ability to streamline processes and maximize productivity make him an invaluable asset to our leadership team.”

Before joining FSI, Pence worked in operations for companies in the construction and healthcare industries. Pence’s educational background includes earning a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from the University of Kentucky.

“Kyle has a passion for problem solving and dedication to delivering positive results for our clients,” said Brian Hadfield, FSI’s chief development officer and owner. “In the short time since he joined us, Kyle has already proven to be talented and effective, and we look forward to seeing what is ahead for FSI with him on our team.”

FSI provides clients with advanced technology and personalized service that is uncommonly found in the supply chain and fulfillment industry. The company, which tripled its footprint with the opening of a Wilson County facility earlier this month, works with several local and national clients. Most recently, FSI launched a partnership with Burlington to help the nationally recognized retailer open 150 stores across the United States in 2024.
