As summer heats up, Burger + Grain — the open-concept kitchen and bar in the Nations neighborhood — is excited to unveil its new seasonal menu items. Featuring a delightful selection of dishes crafted with handpicked, fresh ingredients and cocktails inspired by the season, the new summer items promise to splash your taste buds with delight!
Starting today July 15, guests can find new staples, such as Grilled Swordfish and Berkshire Pork Loin, as well as new shareable plates, healthy greens, and innovative summer twists on cocktail favorites.
Burger + Grain 2024 Summer Menu Updates
Shared Plates:
- Charcoal Cabbage Steaks: a vegan option featuring embered cabbage steaks topped with garlic aioli and lemon zest ($14)
Mains:
- Berkshire Pork Loin: perfectly cooked pork loin with bourbon-infused peaches, pickled mustard seeds, and charred scallion grits ($32)
- Grilled Swordfish: fresh-caught swordfish, grilled to perfection with a S+P crust, served with pineapple-jalapeño salsa and Parmesan polenta ($38)
- Moroccan Chicken: bursting with the flavors of a parsnip puree, chermoula sauce, and lemon zest, paired with roasted carrots and dehydrated feta ($28)
