FatBelly Pretzel Deli & Bakery will open in East Nashville, reports Nashville Business Journal.
Nashville Chef Levon Wallace along with his wife, Kim first started FatBelly as a bake sale in 2020 and after two years of pop-ups they are partnering with pitmaster Carey Bringle, owner of Peg Leg Porker, to open a brick and mortar.
Menu offerings will include pretzels, deli baked bread sandwiches, and desserts of chocolate pretzel babka, and pretzel snickerdoodle.
The new restaurant is set to open at 921 Gallatin Avenue, Nashville. Until they open, you can find them at Tuesdays at East Nashville Farmers Market, and Saturdays at Richland Park Farmers Market.
