The motorcyclist killed in Sunday’s 2:45 p.m. crash on Natchez Trace Parkway near Highway 100 is identified as Jonathan Golden, 41, of Nashville.
The preliminary investigations shows that Golden was riding a Yamaha motorcycle north on Natchez Trace Parkway when he entered the exit ramp onto Highway 100 and failed to negotiate the curve in the roadway. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died.
According to a witness, Golden was traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the crash.
