Update 11-16-2021: New developments from our investigation and an upgraded charge to Aggravated Kidnapping have us upgrading the alert for #NoahClare to a Tennessee AMBER Alert.
UPDATE: Additional information has been developed in the Endangered Child Alert for Noah Clare. It is possible that Jacob and Noah are headed to, or are in, the East Tennessee/ Gatlinburg area.
Also, we have more specific information about the vehicle they are believed to be driving. It is a silver 2005 Subaru Legacy, with several distinctive stickers and left rear damage.

An Endangered Child Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Noah Clare, missing from Gallatin since 11/6. Noah is 3’5″, weighs 40 lbs, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
Noah was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a camo shirt and black shoes.
Noah may be in the company of Jacob Clare. Clare is wanted by the Gallatin Police Department for Custodial Interference. Jacob Clare is 35 years old, is 6’7″, weighs 200 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
Jacob and Noah may be traveling in a silver/ grey Subaru Outback.
