Nashville General Hospital (NGH), the state’s leading essential hospital, serving Nashville, TN and Davidson County is pleased to announce Dr. Kemberly Blackledge, DSc., FACHE has joined the executive team as Chief Revenue Cycle Officer. Dr. Blackledge brings with her more than 20 years of experience guiding enterprises through transformational change and driving growth. She is a strong consensus-builder who embraces diversity, thrives as a mentor and team developer and believes people are an organization’s greatest asset.
In her role, Dr. Blackledge is responsible for implementing strategies for cash acceleration, net revenue improvement, talent acquisition, workforce engagement and effective business processes that outperform NGH strategic targets. Before joining NGH in the fall of 2023, Dr. Blackledge was a partner at Guidehouse where she designed and executed operational change management for client accounts. She also served as Associate Vice President at Conifer Health Solutions.
