The Mother & Son Night of Fun takes place on February 9, 2023. This is a fun date night for Moms and their little guys. There will be a DJ spinning some tunes as well as fun photo ops.
Who can participate?
Mother’s or mother figures and their son(s) are invited to participate in this event. There is no age requirement.
While there is no designated age limit for each dance, mothers and sons ages 8 and under typically participate.
How do the tickets work?
Tickets can be purchased online or in person at Delmas Long Community Center. The fee is $30 per couple, and $15 each additional son.
Pre-registration for this event is required, as space is limited.
What is the dress code?
There is no dress code for this event. In the past, mother’s and their sons typically have worn “Sunday school attire”.
What should I expect?
Doors to the building will open 15 minutes before the dance begins. There is a waiting area in the lobby for early arrivals.
Upon arrival, a staff member will greet you at the door and scan your online tickets. You will enter the gymnasium where you will find light refreshments to your left and the stage to the right. The multi-purpose room is located off the left side of the gym (near the light refreshments) where you will find the photo booth.
Helpful Tips for Checkout
Please ensure each member of your family is listed on your account prior to attempting to add tickets to your cart. When you’re ready to purchase tickets head to the Family Events tab on the catalog. Next, add the child ticket first for the session you’re interested in, prior to adding the adult ticket. Once the child and adult ticket are in your cart you can head to checkout.
This will be a ticketed event, with each member of your party requiring a ticket in their name. Tickets will be on your receipt. On the day of the event please come prepared to show your ticket, either digital or printed.
