Dickey’s Launches Pickle-Flavored BBQ Items and Collectible Cup This July 4th

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is marking America’s 250th anniversary with a new lineup of pickle-flavored menu items and a limited-edition patriotic Big Yellow Cup, both available starting in July 2026. What’s New on the Dickey’s Pickle Menu

Six new pickle-themed items are joining the menu for a limited time, all featuring Dickey’s new dill pickle salt seasoning blend created in honor of National Pickle Month:

Pickle Okra — fried okra dusted with dill salt seasoning, served with house-made ranch
Pickle Fries — hand-cut fries seasoned with dill pickle salt, served with house-made ranch
Pickle Ranch Pulled Pork Sandwich — pulled pork with pickle slices and house-made ranch dressing
Pickle Ranch Loaded Baker with Pulled Pork — a baked potato loaded with slow-smoked pulled pork, ranch dressing, pickle slices, and dill salt
Pickle Ranch Loaded Fries with Pulled Pork — hand-cut fries topped with pulled pork, ranch dressing, pickle slices, and dill salt
Pickle Ranch Mac Stack with Pulled Pork — mac and cheese topped with pulled pork, ranch dressing, pickle slices, and dill salt seasoning

All six items are available through September 30.

Patriotic Big Yellow Cup Available Through September

Dickey’s is also releasing a collectible 32-oz Big Yellow Cup in a red, white, and blue patriotic design featuring the brand’s original Pit Master, Mr. Dickey. The cup is priced at $3.99 and available July 1 through September 30. A portion of proceeds from each cup sold goes to The Dickey Foundation, which supports first responders across the U.S.
