Join Jackalope Brewing Company this Sunday for OctoBearfest, Wedgewood-Houston’s First Annual Oktoberfest Celebration! They’ll be pouring steins of Jackalope’s very first Oktoberfest style lager, OctoBearfest! This Marzen is light copper in color and has a wonderful malty, bready aroma. The combination of Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt steals the show in terms of flavor as they help create a full-bodied yet clean and crisp mouthfeel, accented by the German Tettnang and Perle hops. Inspired by Bearwalker, pure maple syrup is infused during the conditioning phase to give it a light maple sweetness that is noticeable from start to finish. OctoBearfest finishes at 5.6% ABV, perfect for filling up those steins all Oktoberfest season long! Daddy’s Dogs will be slingin’ all your favorite dogs PLUS, they’re bringing out their bratwurst for the occasion!

Damon Wayans Jr. is an American actor, comedian and writer. Widely known for his character Coach on New Girl on Fox and before that as Brad Williams in the ABC sitcom Happy Endings for which he was nominated for the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Supporting Actor. In 2014, he starred in the comedy film Let’s Be Cops, and provided the voice of Wasabi in Big Hero 6 which Won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film of the Year for the 2015 Academy Awards. Wayans Jr. made his film debut when he was cast in his father’s feature film of 1994, Blankman, playing Young Kevin. He later appeared on his father’s sitcom My Wife and Kids as John, one of Junior’s friends. He later worked as a staff writer on the series. In fact, the character of Junior was loosely based on Wayans Jr. himself He appeared in and served as a writer on The Underground. Wayans Jr. also surprised audiences when he garnered a standing ovation during his debut appearance on Def Comedy Jam. He starred in the Wayans family comedy Dance Flick as the film’s main character, Thomas He has been on tour selling out all over the country in theaters and casino’s.

Along the way, he meets other stars, learns what makes each star special, and discovers that stars combine to form star clusters and galaxies. Eventually, Little Star finds his planets, and you get to learn all about the Solar System along the way.
