The Southern Festival of Books: A Celebration of the Written Word is among the oldest literary festivals in the country, annually welcoming approximately 200 authors and 25,000 visitors each October. The Festival is free, and includes performance stages, food trucks, and more than 60 publishers and booksellers. After two years of virtual programming, they look forward to seeing you this year on The Plaza.

Enter Parlour Bar through the Hall of Lost Souls to partake in Dream Nashville’s seasonal pop-up, BeetleBar, inspired by the twisted visuals of the cult-classic 1988 film, Beetlejuice. The menu features bone-chilling bites and creepy cocktails, such as BeetleJuice (Grey Goose La Poire, lime, pineapple, ginger and cotton candy), Knock Three Times (Lunazul tequila, ginger, lime and blood orange), Lydia’s Squid Ink Pasta (carrot butter, heirloom carrots, arugula, beemster) and Adam’s Hot Chicken Sandwich (hot chicken, slaw and black buns). Dream Hotel offers valet service while visiting BeetleBar. The pop-up is open daily!
