Costco Wholesale recently closed on the upcoming Hendersonville property.
Sumner County deeds records show the wholesale company spent $8.5 million on the 25-acre parcel of land, according to the Nashville Business Journal. Construction for the new Costco in Hendersonville officially began on April 24, 2023.
Earlier this year, Costco submitted their final development plan for a location on Forest Retreat Road near the TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center.
The location will include the wholesale club and a fuel center near Vietnam Veterans Boulevard, the Nashville Parent reported.
The estimated opening date is set for November 2023.
