Connectus Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center, has expanded access to comprehensive, affordable healthcare services for patients and families across Middle Tennessee. The non-profit’s new Antioch clinic, located at 3754 Murfreesboro Pike, is designed to better serve patients with a larger, more modern facility.
The Antioch site marks Connectus Health’s second location in the Nashville area and reflects the transition of services from the Priest Lake clinic into an expanded setting. As of April 6, all patient care has been consolidated at the Antioch clinic, ensuring continuity with the same trusted providers.
The new clinic features 30 additional exam rooms, allowing Connectus Health to care for more patients while maintaining a welcoming, patient-centered environment. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the organization remains committed to providing comprehensive, affordable health care for all, including vulnerable and uninsured or underinsured populations.
“The opening of our Antioch clinic allows us to grow alongside the community and meet increasing demand for accessible health care, all while staying rooted in our mission of caring for every patient who walks through our doors,” said Suzanne Hurley, co-CEO of Connectus Health, which operates on a sliding-scale model to ensure no one is turned away based on inability to pay.
Services at the Antioch clinic include adult and pediatric primary care, women’s health, behavioral health support and psychiatric care. Connectus Health accepts TennCare, CoverKids, Medicare and most private insurance plans, and also provides care for patients without insurance. Interpretation services are available at no cost. The organization also provides additional wraparound resources, including food assistance, diapers, transportation and car seats.
To support patients during the transition, Connectus Health is offering complimentary Uber or Lyft rides for those who need help getting to appointments. Patients with upcoming visits at the Priest Lake location will be contacted directly with any updates.
