Aba Launches Weekend Brunch Menu

Mediterranean restaurant Aba has launched a weekend brunch menu.

“We’re excited to be launching weekend brunch at Aba just in time for patio season,” says Chef Partner CJ Jacobson. “Wedgewood-Houston is bursting with energy, and we’re stoked to be a part of it and introduce some new and exciting dishes to our guests.”

Here’s what you can expect.

The headliners:

Jerusalem Bagel & Smoked Salmon Spread with sumac, red onion, tomato, caper, labneh
Short Rib Shakshuka with local eggs, spicy harissa, graviera, roasted potato
Spinach & Feta Frittata with poblano chili, crispy phyllo, lemon
Chocolate Babka French Toast with maple syrup, whipped cream

Noteworthy new eats:

Khachapuri with baked egg, mushroom, and graviera
Shawarma-Spiced Skirt Steak & Eggs with tzatziki and crispy potato
Blackberry Drop Biscuit with blackberry compote and whipped cream

Behind the bar:

Harissa Bloody Mary with chili-garlic vodka and pickled garnishes
Silk & Sunlight with Hendrick’s “Another Gin,” honey oat syrup, lemon, cinnamon, and house-made labneh

Hours for brunch are Saturday and Sunday, 10 am until 3 pm. Find Aba at 435 Houston Street, Nashville.
