The Goodwill Career Solutions center at 937 Herman St. in Nashville will host a job fair from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, for at least 20 employers seeking to fill more than 700 positions.
Employers include Industrial Staffing, All Team Staffing, The Liberty Group, Waffle House, Sevita, Slim and Husky’s Pizza, Cracker Barrel, Second Harvest Food Bank, Tyson Foods, Hire Quest Direct, Contemporary Service , Sizemore, LSI, Lowe’s, Kabinart, Electronics Renewal, Ambassador Personnel, Mur-Ci Homes Inc., Memco Staffing and Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee. Openings include warehouse, hospitality, event staff, maintenance, office staff, licensed practical nurse, greeter, non-CDL driver, general labor, construction, cell phone repair tech and other positions. Rates of pay reach $24 per hour.
Representatives from these companies will be on-site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success. Job candidates are encouraged to bring a resume, photo ID and their Social Security card or birth certificate.
