A 15-year-old student was arrested on April 25, 2023 after he brought a loaded 9mm handgun to Johnson Alternative Learning Center.
He attempted to pass through the metal detectors before he was stopped by school security and detained until officers arrived.
The student has been charged with possession of a firearm on school property.
