Wellpath has filed a notice with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development stating that it will permanently close multiple Nashville locations next month, resulting in 91 job losses.
The company submitted the WARN notice on October 6, with the closures set to take effect November 7. Affected sites include several addresses on Harding Place, as well as offices on Gay Street and James Robertson Parkway.
According to the filing, employees are not represented by a collective bargaining agreement. The Northern Middle Local Workforce Development Area’s rapid response team has been notified to coordinate services for displaced workers. Oversight and follow-up will be managed by the Northern Middle Local Workforce Development Board.
Questions about available assistance can be directed to the state’s Dislocated Worker Unit at (615) 253-6355.
