Vastland Completes Building One of Tulip Springs Community in Hermitage

Vastland Company, a leading Nashville-owned and operated real estate firm with more than $1 billion in area projects in its pipeline, through its homebuilding arm Vastland Communities, has completed the first building of its newest community Tulip Springs, in the growing Hermitage neighborhood. Homes within the first building are available for sale, with five residences now available from the high $300,000s.

The community will ultimately consist of 58 town homes, over 11 buildings, and offer two open floor plans, vast living space, outdoor areas, and the perfect blend of style and comfort. Custom features and designer-selected finishes complete the space, making Tulip Springs a sought-after community in the Greater Nashville area. All homes are maintenance-free living, freeing owners from the hassle of upkeep.

The first completed building within Tulip Springs consists of six townhomes, one being a fully furnished model home. All six townhomes feature The Walnut floorplan, which offers 1,632 Sq Ft of open living space, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and a one car garage. This floorplan includes a primary suite on the main level, with high ceilings and top-of-the-line features in a spacious kitchen and dining room. The second floor includes a flex room and two bedrooms, making this the ultimate functional, yet luxurious living space.

The Walnut floorplan begins in the $400,000’s, and Tulip Springs will offer an additional floorplan, Lincoln, in future construction. Lincoln includes 1,382 Sq Ft of open living space, with two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and one full garage. Prices will begin in the high $300,000’s.

To celebrate the completion of the first townhome building, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the community on December 18 featuring the Vastland leadership including construction and architect team as well as on-site and company community agents.

In addition to Tulip Springs, Vastland Communities has started work on Jackson Square (20 homes) on Andrew Jackson Pkwy also in Hermitage. This is in addition to two communities in Bellevue, Sonya Park (20 homes) and Newsom Park (120 homes); two communities in Goodlettsville, Dry Creek Commons (79 homes) and Dry Creek Village (37 homes); and one community in Brentwood, Shadow Springs (32 homes).
