TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center has announced its recognition as a 2025 Top Workplace in Nashville for a third year in a row. Led by the Tennessean and Energage, the research-backed engagement survey is driven by the industry’s most robust benchmarks for employer recognition. TriStar Southern Hills was also recognized as a 2025 Healthcare Top Workplace – a national award.

The hospital was previously recognized as a Top Workplace in 2023 and 2024. Employees anonymously provide feedback to the survey in areas such as engagement, company values, communication, inclusion, support, learning opportunities and work-life flexibility.
