Tanger Outlets Nashville invites the community to embrace a healthier lifestyle with its upcoming TangerFIT wellness event on Saturday, March 29, from 10 a.m. – noon. The event will take place on The Green, offering a refreshing open-air space for a variety of wellness centered activities. On top of fitness demos and workshops geared towards educating guests on ways to stay healthy and happy, there will also be giveaways, a smoothie bar and a variety of healthy snacks to sample.
This event is designed for all fitness levels, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and water bottles. This event is FREE and open to the public.
