Tom David Knight, age 55, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away suddenly on October 8, 2025. Tom was born on August 3, 1970, in Morristown, TN, to Susan Young and the late Joseph Knight. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and went on to build a successful career in the audio-visual industry, eventually serving as a project manager.
On January 19, 1998, Tom married Sharon in Nashville. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and family.
Tom survives by his devoted wife, Sharon Knight; his children, Joseph Knight and Sydney Knight; stepdaughter, Bethany Adkins; his mother, Susan (Clarence) Young; his brother, Bert (Cynthia) Knight; sister, Jennifer Le Coguic; half-sister, Ashley Jones; nieces, Paige Knight, Loren Knight, and Evie Le Coguic; and nephew, Sullivan Le Coguic.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Knight, and his beloved cousin, Nicholas Munn.
Tom will be remembered for his warm heart, his quick wit, and his dedication to his family and career. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
