Tammy Sherree Peden was a strong, sweet, and beautiful woman whose life was defined by love, sacrifice, and devotion to her family. She passed away on February 23, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of strength and unconditional love.
She was the proud and devoted mother of three children: Shena (Brian) Talley, Jeremy Peden, and Joshua (Delmy) Peden. Her children were her world. Tammy worked tirelessly – often more than she should have – always placing the needs of her family above her own. Her strength carried her family through life’s challenges, and her love provided a foundation that will never be shaken.
She is survived by her children’s father, Donald Peden, and her significant other, Anthony Shephard.
Tammy found her greatest joy in her grandchildren: Gavin, Scarlett, Alanna, Jaylin, Aylin, Nickolas, Katelyn, and Nicole. She treasured every moment spent with them. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Nymir and Ny’zier, who brought continued joy to her heart and pride to her growing legacy.
Tammy will be remembered for her hardworking spirit, her gentle nature, and the deep love she had for her family. Though she is no longer with us in body, her strength, kindness, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Visitation will be Monday, March 2nd, from 4-8pm and Tuesday, March 3rd, from 12pm until the time of service at 2pm at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home.
