Marylin Rochele Corbitt, age 68 transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
Rodie was preceded in death by her husband, Don L. Corbitt; her parents, Vada and Ernest Wilson; and her son, Jerell Owen Jr.
Marylin leaves to cherish her memory her beloved daughter, Donchele Corbitt; grandchildren Jerreckia Darden, Markecia Corbitt, Raymond Bevers, and Quanchico Parks; and great-grandchildren Terran Darden, Rayoni Evels, and Kyaire Jordan.
She is also survived by her sister, Evelyn Alexander; nieces Shalythia, Keyonna, and Latika Alexander; her devoted sister, Ambassador Pastor Janet Ridley; nephew Harold “Karen” Blair; her devoted and loving niece, Dr. Nar’Keetha (Tutter) Cosby-Johnson; nephew Jasper (Jazz) “Yonee” Howard; and loving niece Janne’ “MarTorry” Alexander.
She also leaves behind her uncles, Howard and Michael Wilson, and John Willie; her aunt Lottie Marshall; and many extended family members.
