Margaret Anne Brewer, 80, a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, in Parsons, Tennessee. Margaret was a faithful and lifelong member of Shelby Ave Baptist Church. Margaret dedicated much of her life to caring for others, babysitting for her own children, neighbors, and other family members.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Wylie Brewer, Sr; parents, William and Ms. Penny Martin; siblings, Arlene Escue, William “Billy Jr” Martin, Vernon Martin, Charles Martin, Elizabeth Keller and Carlton Martin; grandson, Timothy Earl Brewer, Jr.
She is survived by her children, Christy Brown and Timothy (Wanda) Brewer; grandchildren, Brandi, Zachary, Jacob, Jessica, Desmaray and Rebecca; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Douglas Martin; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday, December 12, 2025, from 11:00 am until service time at 2:00 pm at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
