Linda Deal Love, 82, of Old Hickory, GA, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025. She was born on April 11, 1943, in Old Hickory, TN.
Mrs. Love is a proud graduate of DuPont High School in Old Hickory, Class of ’61. She was an avid fan of the Lady Vols from the University of Tennessee, the Tennessee Titans, and Team USA. She loved to cook and especially decorating for every holiday. She had a soft spot in her heart for all animals. She loved well – was well loved – and will be greatly missed.
Mrs. Love is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nell Deal; and husband of 45 years, Jimmie Max Love.
She is survived by sons Lance Love (Rebecca) and Kyle Love (Kristy); grandchildren Luke Love, Lane Love, Lydia Love, Logan Love, Teresa Lozano, Sam Love, Embree Love, and Eliza Love; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Robert E. Deal (Maria).
Mrs. Love will be interred in the Garden of Peace at Hermitage Memorial Gardens, Old Hickory, TN. There will be no services or visitation. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the Love at HermitageFH.com.
