Linda Ann Washington, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on October 4, 2025, in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.
Born in Nashville, Linda spent her life surrounded by the people and community she cherished. She was known for her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family and friends. Linda was the kind of person who was always there when you needed her—a true example of compassion, strength, and grace.
A devoted member of Tusculum Church in Nashville, Linda lived her faith every day through acts of kindness and the love she extended to all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, George Washington; her son, Joe Peach Jr. (Sandra); her daughter, Deborah Butler (Tim); and her grandchildren, Connor Peach (Taylor), Hannah Butler, and Caitlen Case (Jordan). Linda also leaves behind many great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy and pride.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Linda’s life during visitation on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, located at 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN.
